You can always just send in a paper form (instructions here)

KHS offers you 4 ways to join or renew membership.
The first two are preferred^#.

1. Fill out the Online Form (below) and pay with your debit/credit/Venmo via PayPal.
2. Fill out the Online Form, but send us a paper check instead.
3. Download this one-page paper membership form (pdf), print it and send it with a check to the address below (no cash, please.)
4. Pick up a paper form at the Locktender’s House or in a newsletter, and send that form with a check to the address below.

When you use the link to pay into the KHS Account on PayPal:
(PayPal accepts debit and credit cards, Venmo, etc. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option)
KHS does not see any of your credit card account information, just the total. AND
PayPal does not see any membership information you enter into the online form. Make sure the total amount on our form matches PayPal.
