There are many volunteer needs at the Kingston Historical Society. Would you like to get involved in our mission? We meet a few times per month to work on projects. Areas of work include:
- Celebrating Kingston’s part in the American Revolution
- Archiving- Cataloging the collection
- Improve the Kingston Lock area
- Teaching and outreach- Events, open houses, walks, talks
- Website and Public Relations
- Documenting Kingston- Interviews, photographs
The Kingston Historical Society welcomes new volunteer archivists. We meet at the Kingston Locktender’s House (Maps and Directions)

NOTE: The Kingston Lock is not a play area. After dark bring a flashlight or phone to get from your car to our building. It is not child friendly at this hour.
